About Us

Associated Properties Inc. is a group of 3 full time employees with over 70 years of combined construction, maintenance, and property management experience.  We have the ability to handle a wide range of building services; from residential/condominium properties to commercial buildings.  We work with a solid core of vendors and local subcontractors.  Our community is important to us, that is why we use local talent that help put monies back where they belong; the community.
